Matthew A. Weller
A native of Delaware, Ohio, Matt earned a Bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Miami University where he was elected into the Phi Beta Kappa national honor society. He graduated from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1993 and passed the Ohio bar exam that same year. Since that time, his practice has been dedicated to assisting injured and disabled individuals with their workers’ compensation and Social Security disability claims.
He is a member of the Ohio State, Columbus, and Delaware County Bar Associations, the Ohio Association for Justice, and is a former chairman of the Social Security Law Section of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is also a member of the Delaware City Schools Board of Education (President 2010).

C. William “Kip” Miller
Kip is originally from New Jersey. After moving to Ohio, he attended The Ohio State University where he earned a B.A. in Political Science. He then attended Capital University Law School in Columbus, where he attained his law degree. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1993 and has practiced almost exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation, representing injured workers. Kip is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, The Ohio Association for Justice, and the Columbus Bar Association.

Thomas L. Steele
Tom was born in San Francisco, California and received his Bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He earned his law degree from Indiana University and was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1974. After moving to Ohio, he was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1978. He has been representing injured workers before the Industrial Commission of Ohio for over 32 years. Tom is a member of the Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations and the Ohio Association for Justice.
